The mallot is a strap that prevents the front wheel from turning and dirtying the wall when you have it hanging on a wall bracket.
The belt, designed and manufactured locally in Anglès (Girona), is made of waterproof fabric with a velcro closure and fixes the wheel to the diagonal tube of the frame, so that the wheel and handlebar are immobilized.
The strap is included with the La Volta bike holder, but can also be purchased separately.
