Ekohunters promotes the circular economy as a model of production and consumption through its suppliers, responsible for choosing the material or materials with which it will produce its product and that will largely determine the sustainability of the rest of the process.
A model that promotes innovation, employment and competitiveness while protecting the environment and reducing emissions, a model of production and consumption that involves sharing, leasing, reusing, repairing, renovating and recycling existing materials and products for as long as possible.
Our sustainability criteria
The criteria we take into account to consider our products and services as sustainable
1. Responsible Materials and Components (Upstream)
Analysis of the materials that make up the product, valuing its sustainable origin (sustainable forests, reused or recycled materials, new sustainable materials)
2. Product design and production (core)
Analysis of the media and energy sources used during the design and production process
3. Distribution, use and end of life (downstream)
Selection of end-of-life shipping and analysis method (reuse, recycling, composting)
