Description

The ROUAH 200 bookshelf is the starting point of a collection of objects
imagined by Alexandre Boucher, expressing his desire to draw the image of the delicate and powerful breath of the wind that sculpts, draws and shapes the material.
“Rouah” perfectly evokes this idea, as it literally means breath, wind, or force. An invisible force capable of producing visible effects, signs of force in motion. The wind, impossible to control, to guide, to direct, to contain; elusive… but imagination allows us to!
ROUAH 200 gives the illusion of an object in continuous growth, always in motion… a moving tree, a tree in full growth, the tree of knowledge nourished by the books we place in it. For others, it evokes both sensuality and softness.
The library can house a minimum of 120 books in a very small space.
an extremely small floor space.

Short Description

The ROUAH 200 bookshelf is the starting point of a collection of objects imagined by Alexandre BOUCHER that express his desire to draw the image of the delicate and powerful breath of the wind that sculpts, draws and shapes the material.

Piko edition

Each object is different, unique in its form and use, and is born from a passion for design.

Passionate about design, Piko Edition creates and publishes eco-responsible furniture. Their philosophy is to bring the most original ideas to life, putting their artisanal expertise at the service of creativity. They advocate a humble and enthusiastic approach to design, proposing a simple, aesthetically pleasing, and functional product concept. Their creations are designed for both private homes and professional environments. They intelligently adapt their designs perfectly to the architecture of a space, a need, a function, or a mandatory use. Color is life... We love color because color is simply synonymous with life. To respect and preserve our planet, they systematically integrate several strict environmental criteria into their product designs, in collaboration with their designers. They select the best materials for their products and use them in the most environmentally friendly way possible. They choose the best materials for their customers and their creations—materials that have the merit of being designed in a healthy and ecological way, guaranteeing both human and production ecology. Customers are increasingly concerned about a cleaner future, and so are we! Customers want to be able to consume a product without feeling guilty about its environmental impact—and so do we! For each of their creations, they surround themselves with international designers and primarily French artisans located in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region who share the same sensibility for elegance and generosity. They work daily on the design of their products, drawing on various sectors such as upholstery, rotational molding, plastics, metalwork, cabinetmaking, and tanning. All their products are made to order to offer you the perfect piece. Depending on your needs, they can create a specific model that they don't produce in series. Their creators and designers, along with their workshops, can bring this particular need to life. Whatever the project, they offer a bespoke solution. The team is an impressive collection of personalities—all of whom are among the most sought-after creatives for the quality and originality of their work!
