Description
The TUI pendant ceiling lamp is inspired by the Tūī, the true characters of the native bushes of Aotearoa. They throw themselves through the bushes with the whipping of their wings, miraculously avoiding the branches and keeping their cool charm. Its singing is unparalleled: a series of clicks, chirps and resonant and flared notes… some outside our auditory scale! They have two white beards hanging on the throat and around their shoulders is a necklace of interlocking rings that is the inspiration of our Tūī light. The half bamboo rings are woven into a basket shape that would fit perfectly on a dining table, a kitchen counter or also hanging on a staircase or in the void of the entrance.
