Description

Indi lamps are special due to their minimalist Baltic aesthetics, massive volume, but very light and unique material. The Luitas pendant lamp, in a lamp whose aesthetic resembles the carved stone, helps to break the sound in the room and creates a cozy atmosphere in the dining area or living room. The technique used to recycle the paper gives the lamp an aesthetic that seems to be made of cement or stone, although it really stands out for its lightness and solidity.

It is a circular design product. You can return any product from the Repaper series for later recycling. Any other product in the Repaper series will cost you half the price. By buying Repaper products, you participate and contribute to the responsible and ecological circular design initiative.

Indi

Much more than Eco

Indi is a Lithuanian design brand known for its original creations and unique recycled paper technology – REPAPER. This method creates a fascinating illusion – objects that appear to be made of heavy cement but are actually very lightweight. Indi's designs aim to create aesthetically pleasing interior elements that are environmentally friendly, causing no pollution and in some cases even reducing it. They are the first circular design brand in Lithuania. Indi lamps and other interior objects made from REPAPER can be recycled and reused as material for future products. This is how they create a continuous production cycle that guarantees responsible consumption and promotes contemporary design. Therefore, we are looking at one of Lithuania's leading design companies, having won the national "Good Design" award for the last three consecutive years.

Eco-designer Simonas Tarvydas was born in Vilnius, Lithuania. He graduated as a painter and visual artist from the Vilnius Art Academy. Simonas has extensive experience as a creative director—a field he worked in until 2014. In 2014, he decided to start his own design studio, INDI. Its unique feature is a one-of-a-kind "REpaper" technology (developed by Simonas Tarvydas) that creates a concrete-like impression while being extremely lightweight. Showcasing the latest innovations in contemporary design, INDI aims to be a part of the global circular economy. Responsible consumption, clean living, and sustainable design are the priorities of the INDI brand.
