The simple carpet combines the simplicity of the design with the cutting-edge craftsmanship.
It is made in a sustainable way with bamboo fiber, with a recycled cotton back attached with a layer of natural latex. A strip of fine calfskin runs through the center, from the Italian luxury industry.
It features a tulle construction by hand and is finished with a black trim along the edge.
It is finished with 3D-Cut™, a handmade technique that separates colors and elements in an elegant way.

Every step counts
Rug Solid was founded in 2012 with a clear vision of contributing to the development of a sustainable world. Leading by example, they believe it is their responsibility to challenge existing production processes, going the extra mile to push both design and sustainability standards within the interior design industry. Everything they create is made from sustainable materials, from recycled fishing nets and recycled leather to organic materials like jute and much more. They collaborate with a village of skilled artisans in India who have acquired unique rug-making techniques from the diverse materials they use, and they print all their accessories on recycled paper. They have automatic regulators on the lighting in their warehouse to ensure that daylight is sufficient when needed, and all their shipments are carbon neutral, leading them to acquire the "Global Recycled Standard" certification. This means that their production is continuously monitored by an external partner to ensure good conditions for both people and the environment from start to finish. Sustainability is the attribute embodied by the Rug Solid spirit, and it lives on in everything they do.
