IUMI is a company specializing in sustainable lamps, with a workshop in the heart of Berlin. Their goal is to create a cozy corner in your home, achieving a warm and soft ambiance through their lighting. The lamps are also perfectly suited to interior design projects such as restaurants, bars, and offices. Their lamps are made of sustainably sourced birch plywood (FSC certified). The wood is laser-cut and then hand-finished for a perfect fit and the best possible finish. The colored versions of IUMI lamps are hand-painted using the most environmentally friendly natural pigments on the market, making them child-friendly and water-repellent. IUMI lamps are designed for energy-efficient bulbs, as the light reflects off the wood, creating a warm and natural effect. With the colored shades, the light takes on some of the wood's color, subtly tinting the room.
