Founded in 2017 by environmental, industrial, and product designer Aleksandrs Bobrovs, a graduate of the Latvian Academy of Arts with over 15 years of design experience, Trempel has created hangers with unparalleled design, quality, and commitment. Their goal is to minimize unnecessary steps in the production, delivery, sourcing, and packaging of their products, demonstrating that recycling can be useful, high-quality, and beautiful. Sustainability: Trempel hangers biodegrade naturally instead of remaining in landfills for up to a thousand years, like plastic hangers. If the hangers are no longer in use, they can be recycled and reused to protect the environment, keeping our surroundings safe and supporting the path toward a more sustainable future. Materials: Trempel's high-quality, eco-friendly hangers are made from a special, strong cardboard crafted from recycled paper fibers. This cardboard is much stronger than standard cardboard because they use only organic, biodegradable, or renewable fibers that are sustainable and traceable. Sustainably sourced materials that provide luxury in both appearance and feel. Technique: The technique developed by Trempel allows them to create highly durable cardboard hangers that can replace simple plastic ones. They use 4 mm thick cardboard, resulting in sturdy hangers that can support up to 10 kg. Functionality: Trempel hangers have a functional design. Their slim profile and light weight solve space, logistics, and aesthetic problems in stores, warehouses, and transport. Trempel hangers are specially cut at an angle to create a smooth, non-slip surface.
