Niimar is a two-generation team of entrepreneurial women who are genuinely passionate about nature, design, and sustainable living. Functionality and durability are the hallmarks of the beautiful, modular, and mobile wooden containers designed by the award-winning Harri Koskinen, which promote recycling and reduce waste simultaneously. Niimar has internal social responsibility policies that have led them to organize cleanups along the Helsinki coastline to encourage community activities for a cleaner environment, and they are committed to continuing similar events to move from words to action and combine a positive and fun attitude with a pressing environmental issue. Their environmental goal is to eliminate single-use plastics.
